Secure Fencing–Why should I consider?

By:  RE/MAX Complete

Adding a fence can enhance your home's curb appeal while transforming your yard into a safer and more private haven.

According to Henry Walker Homes, "a secure fence is for safety reasons.   Having a fence around your home prevents people from entering your property without permission, and provides security for your children and pets."
What type of fencing should I buy?

This all depends on if your home is governed by CCR’s.   Most homes built in subdivisions now days, have CCR’s. What is a CCR?   CCR stands for covenants, conditions and restrictions.  CC&R’s are the governing documents that dictate how the homeowners association operates and what rules the owners must obey.   CCR’s usually contain information that will tell you what types of fencing must be used and how high it can be built and any other restrictions.
