Experts at a Bellevue Downtown Association meeting this week called out Old Bellevue's Main Street as an example of the kind of pedestrian-friendly, owner-operated, street-level retail that Bellevue needs more of, according to an article in the Bellevue Reporter.
With most of Bellevue's shopping tucked into malls and not visible or approachable from the street, it's no wonder that Main Street is offered up as the example of what Bellevue could benefit from. Local independent businesses line the street, offering shopping, dining and services on a pedestrian-friendly two-lane boulevard.
One Main Street Condominiums is a new opportunity to live in the heart of this friendly, walkable neighborhood. Eight model homes are open daily from 11 to 6, stop by today.
