This was my garage sale $5 find! It was a plain pine desk with wooden knobs- I sanded it down & painted it white and add $3 crystal knobs.

This was an iron plant holder thingy that I found at TJMaxx- I turned it upside down, added some crystals (which you cant see in the pic *sigh* dang camera), hung a fairy on it and strung the fabric through the sides

Ok- this one if funny- these are curtains I had made when my daughter was 2- I re-hung them in her "new" room but realized they were too short- so I dug in the closet & found the bumper pads I had made for her crib (yes I was quite the sewer before children)I pulled out the foam and HOT GLUED it to the bottom of the curtain to lengthen it! ha!

This is a pic of the top of the curtains

Here's another fun one- I had her old twin size toile bed skirt (yes I sewed that too- but The Nester has reformed me) Her new bed is a queen- so I cut the bed skirt in 1/2 and added a sheet and some bows (WITH HOT GLUE) :-)

You HAVE to have a few bunnies in a fairy room

A lantern that was black that I spray painted cream and added a little battery operated "light" to attract fairies (cuz we all know fairies are attracted to light)

A plate that I had made with a left over Gerber Daisy but I have not hung it up yet (its on my to do list)
